Assigning Relationships

Client Sense User or Admin

Being a user of Client Sense gives you administration rights in Relationship Management and the ability to manage all relationships.


Assigning relationships within Client Sense

There are multiple ways to assign a relationship to a staff member, when in Client Sense look out for the person with the shield icon

When the icon turns yellow it means that there is one or more people assigned to manage the relationship


Organisation or Individual 360 view

  1. Search for an organisation or individual or launch through favourites or my firm
  2. To assign someone to the organisation click the shield icon in the Metrics panel
  3. To assign someone to the individual click the shield icon in the row in the Contacts panel
  4. In the dialog that pops up
    1. Choose a staff member from the dropdown
    2. Assign a category
    3. The Amber and Red thresholds will populate from the category but you can adjust them here - you can use the Average Contact column to guide you on the best thresholds
  5. To add another manager click the Add Manager button and repeat the above steps
  6. Click Save


Employee 360 view

  1. Search for an employee
  2. To assign someone to the organisation click the shield icon in the row in the Organisations panel
  3. To assign someone to an individual from an organisation, click the filter checkbox to show the individuals for that organisation and click the shield icon in the row in the Contacts panel
  4. In the dialog that pops up
    1. Choose a staff member from the dropdown
    2. Assign a category
    3. The Amber and Red thresholds will populate from the category but you can adjust them here - you can use the Average Contact column to guide you on the best thresholds
  5. To add another manager click the Add Manager button and repeat the above steps
  6. Click Save


Relationship Management Team Admin

Group Admins can assign and manage relationships within the Relationship Management portal without access to the 360 view
