Configuring SAM

  1. Click on your name on the top right menu
  2. Select SAM

To enable SAM, toggle the switch to Started
SAM will run at the configured time for the 24 hours prior

Historical Collection

it is possible to ask SAM to look back further than the past 24 hours. This is typically something you would do once-off if configuring SAM at a time later than that of installation.
Currently it is not suggested going back further than 30 days
  1. Enter 30 into the days back field
  2. Click Run now
  3. This process could take up to a few hours to complete. The page should refresh periodically but if it gets stuck you can refresh it manually.
  4. You should see entries appearing in the Analysed panel as it starts to find relevant data

What does SAM collect?

SAM looks for data within Signatures that it believes matches the following
  1. Title
  2. Mobile
  3. Direct Line
  4. Phone Number
  5. Fax Number
  6. ABN / ACN
  7. Address
  8. Social Handles
If found they will be assigned to the contact with some fields viewable in the 360 view and all others within the Contact Card
