A: Any staff member within the firm can have access to Client Sense with no additional charge.

 

Q: What are Relationship Management licences and do I need them?

A: No you don’t need them. A Relationship Management licence in addition to the standard access, allowing a person in the firm (ie a Relationship Manager) to have their own view of Client Sense which shows their own (or their teams) key relationships and how they are tracking. This licence also provides those licensed Relationship Managers, also have the option of receiving a Pre-meeting Summary ahead of their external meetings.

Q: How many relationships can be assigned to each Relationship Manager?

A: There is no limit on the number of relationships that can be assigned to a Relationship Manager, the only licensing limit is on the number of Relationship Managers within the firm want their own view of their key relationships.

Q: How many Relationship Management licences do I have?

A: The Professional plan comes with 5 Relationship Management licences. The Premium plan comes with 10 Relationship Management licences. The Enterprise plan has unlimited Relationship Management licences. For Professional and Premium plans, additional Relationship Management licences can be purchased in blocks of 10.
