Better segmentation
Use the power of SAM (Signature Analysis Module) to curate and better segment your lists. Client Sense will add data to your HubSpot contacts that has been collected by SAM such as Title and Address, and additional data such as Top Employees and Top Practice Groups will also be added.
Do Not Market
Do you have contacts that don't want to be marketed to?
Do you need a way to keep track of this preference between systems?
If you answered yes to either of the above then our new Do Not Market feature is for you!
The new Do No Market field allows you to stay informed and in control of your contacts marketing preferences. It can be manually set at an individual or organisational level to ensure that you don't market to those individuals when you shouldn't. What makes this even more powerful is that the marketing status can be controlled from integrated systems.
Changing any of the flags will result in this contact being marked as Do Not Market within the contact card
360 View
This will also prevent pushing of the contact into integrated email and marketing systems by disabling the add function
Excel Export
Any rows where the individual has been flagged as Do Not Market will be highlighted red and the Do Not Market column will display as True
Favourites
What would a good release be without another improvement to Favourites?
New columns
Quickly gain more insight into your important lists with five new and additional columns to choose from.
Column
| Description
|
Organisation | The name of the company
|
Last Sent
| The last date the firm sent to the favourite |
Last Sender | The last person at the firm to send to the favourite |
Last Received | The last date the firm received from the favourite |
Last Receivers | The last people at the firm to receive an email from the favourite |
Columns in Tab export
The newly added columns are also available from the Tab export when exporting to excel
Drag to trash
Clean up those Favourites faster! You can now drag your favourite icon to a trash can that will quickly remove them.
Our users love making Tabs with heaps of columns and filling them with large lists of contacts. This is exactly their purpose, although our users have exceeded our expectations around list management and in some cases the size of the lists has brought noticeable performance impacts with it. We've looked under the hood and found ways to greatly improve the performance of not only tabs with many columns, but also tabs with large numbers of items.
Searching
Full text searching can now be enabled if the server supports it to greatly improve the performance of the details search
Dependencies
As of release 3.2, versions of SQL Server below SQL Server 2012 are no longer supported.
